Are You Spiritually Fit?

 

Five tests of your spiritual fitness:

 

1.      You have a plan for spiritual fitness.

1 Timothy 4:7, 8

“There are 3 kinds of people – those who makes things happen, those who watch things happen and those who say ‘What Happened?’”

 

2.      You are learning God’s Word.

Romans 10:17

The five “core” books of the Bible:

Genesis, John, Romans, Ephesians, James

 

3.      You are focusing on behavior.

Matthew 7:16,24

“genuine belief produces godly behavior”

 

4.      You have balance in your life.

Luke 2:52

Time in God’s word

Prayer

Giving

Fellowship

 

5.      You stick to your commitment.

Joshua 24:15
